Terms and Conditions for WeedBuds

Welcome to WeedBuds!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeedBuds mobile app, website, and related services provided by CJH TECH LLC ("WeedBuds," "we," "us," or "our"). By using WeedBuds, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of WeedBuds

WeedBuds is a cannabis discovery and social app for eligible adults. You can discover products and dispensaries, save products, post seshes and comments, follow other users, and share cannabis-related experiences.

WeedBuds does not sell cannabis, process cannabis purchases, deliver cannabis, or provide medical, legal, or safety advice.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

You may use WeedBuds only if you are old enough to use cannabis-related services where you live and you are located where recreational cannabis use is legal. We may use date-of-birth information and location checks to enforce these restrictions, and we may block access if we cannot verify eligibility.

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Cannabis remains illegal under United States federal law, and cannabis laws vary by location.

3. Your Content and Conduct

You keep ownership of content you submit, including profile details, seshes, ratings, comments, photos, and reports ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you give us permission to host, store, display, share, and use it to operate, promote, and improve WeedBuds.

Only submit content you have the right to share.

Do not use WeedBuds to post, request, arrange, or promote:
- Illegal activity or cannabis sales, delivery, trades, gifting, bartering, or transactions.
- Content involving minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate, sexually explicit content, self-harm content, or other harmful material.
- Misleading claims about cannabis products, dispensaries, health effects, safety, or the law.
- Instructions for unlawful cultivation, manufacture, distribution, or evasion of law enforcement.
- Content that violates someone else's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we believe these Terms, our community rules, or the law have been violated.

4. Community Safety and Moderation

WeedBuds includes social features such as profiles, comments, follows, blocking, and reporting. You can report content or users in the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or disable accounts, but we cannot guarantee that every objectionable post will be found or removed.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect and use account information, profile information, User Content, device data, location verification data, push notification tokens, analytics, and crash/error information to provide, secure, moderate, and improve WeedBuds. 6. Third-Party Services and Information

WeedBuds uses third-party services for things like hosting, authentication, analytics, maps, notifications, email, and error monitoring. Product, strain, dispensary, potency, terpene, effect, availability, pricing, and location information may come from users or third-party sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, mislabeled, or out of date. Verify important information before relying on it.

7. Cannabis, Health, and Safety Disclaimers

Cannabis affects people differently. WeedBuds content is for informational and social purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any condition. Do not drive, operate machinery, or do anything unsafe while impaired. Follow all laws and product warnings that apply to you.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, abused WeedBuds, or harmed WeedBuds, users, or others. You may stop using WeedBuds at any time.

9. No Warranties

WeedBuds is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or available in every location.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeedBuds and CJH TECH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of WeedBuds.

11. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to protect WeedBuds, CJH TECH LLC, and our team from claims, losses, and expenses that arise from your use of WeedBuds, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

12. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may request a copy of your account data or delete your account from the app under Terms & Privacy. If you cannot access the app, contact us at support@weedbuds.app. Deletion details are available at https://weedbuds.app/delete-account.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where CJH TECH LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or WeedBuds will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in WeedBuds. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
